Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established, regional developer with offices in Cambridgeshire are looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to initially support multiple major private and landmark schemes across the region. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the Commercial Manager, Commercial Director, Quantity Surveyors and wider team on residential schemes valued over £10m.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be studying for, or have completed, their Quantity Surveying degree, and have prior experience acting as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, ideally for a residential developer.

Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position

• Previous experience working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Quantity Surveying degree preferred
• Ideally have experience working on residential construction projects
• Ideally have worked on residential projects
• Ideally have worked on projects valued £10m+.
• Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
