Ben has extensive recruitment experience in the construction industry over the past decade. He quickly progressed to a Senior Recruitment Consultant during his time across two construction-specialist recruitment agencies, where he managed a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants, supporting construction professionals into new roles nationwide.
As Recruitment Director at BLHP Group, Ben is focussed on placing white-collar professionals into permanent roles within the Commercial, Operational, Pre-Con and Administrative/Finance teams of major construction main contractors, subcontractors, developers, and consultancies across the UK.
